Summer Job - Research Assistant

The Indigenous Prosperity Centre (IPC) is a South Island Prosperity Partnership (SIPP) initiative
dedicated to advancing Indigenous economic reconciliation. IPC works alongside Indigenous
leaders, businesses, and communities to foster economic prosperity, self-determination, and
community wellness.

We are seeking a thoughtful and motivated Research Assistant to support a community-
centered labour market study. This role involves conducting economic research grounded in
Indigenous values, with a focus on supporting long-term prosperity and self-determination. This
is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in Indigenous governance, economic
development, and values-based research.

This is a youth employment position intended for individuals who are early in their career
journey and looking to gain meaningful, community-based research experience.
